When we made the reservation, we added a note requesting a fridge. Twenty minutes later, the hotel guest relations manager, Vered Elbar, called us to respond to our request. She was very welcoming and helpful. I made requests before at other hotels before this and I never received a personal response. When we arrived at the hotel, Vered greeted us, offered us refreshments and told us if we have any questions or concerns during our stay to call her directly. We got a very comfortable, quiet room with a magnificent view! We had lunch and supper there. The food was great and there was lots of variety.What was most impressive was how Ms Elbar made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our accommodation, Her kind and gracious demeanour was very welcoming. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend the hotel to our friends.

In a prime location in the center of Tel Aviv, Dizengoff Garden Hotel provides à la carte breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. Very clean and beautiful room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect close to all the bars and restaurants. Definitely will be staying there again on our next visit.

Well situated in the Jaffa district of Tel Aviv, Numa Hotel Jaffa is located a 7-minute walk from Alma Beach, 0.8 miles from Suzanne Dellal Center for Dance and Theater and 2 miles from Nachalat... Excellent location in Jaffa, literally 6 minutes walk to the sea boardwalk - perfect for a morning run or walk. I had a room on the 4th floor with a super view over Jaffa roofs and the sea in the distance. Spacious room with balcony, very good courtesy set with all necessary amenities. Comfy bed. Coffee and tea maker in the room, fridge. Plenty of eating options in the area (I loved Urban Bakery and Cafelix for a morning treat). Very nice roof top, pleasant and smiley reception staff and very good cleaning service (throughout the hotel and in the rooms). Short walk to many great neighbours in Tel Aviv. I am a Bed and Breakfast owner and I was extremely impressed by everything so definitely recommended!
