It was so quiet and chilled and the food was excellent. The staff were really friendly as were the other guests….. slept like a log, glorious views from our cabin and there was plenty to do (if u wanted to)…, We did a lovely boat trip around the other islands and a fantastic bike mountain bike ride thru rural Rwanda. We even stopped at a school to meet the children and see them in their classrooms…

We had an exceptional wonderful stay at Umurobyio Lodge. It's the perfect place to unwind and immerse oneself in the beautiful nature of Rwanda. The Lodge offers everything one would need for an unforgettable holiday.The scenic views from all angles over Lake Kivu are breathtaking. The staff were incredibly attentive, always helpful and friendly, catering to our needs with a warm smile. The hospitality of the owners and the whole team made us feel truly welcome. The food was a highlight - fresh, delicious, and healthy, a feast for both the eyes and the palate.  Our room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable, complete with a spacious balcony offering a fantastic view over the lake.  We had a wonderful experience and we can only recommend the Lodge for a perfect holiday.

Homely cottage feeling , outside window botanical garden flowers in bloom. The staff is welcoming and attentive . Felt safe and protected Had good night sleep The room is cleaned daily. Nice breakfast served in your room if needed On leaving early morning, breakfast was prepared for me to take on my forward journey .

Akagera Park Inn has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Akagera. This 3-star hotel offers room service and dry cleaning services. I cannot even express the gratitude I have for people and this place! They went above and beyond, do not hesitate to stay here, dont bother looking anywhere else, this is the place to stay, the rooms are immaculate, they washed our clothes, prepared our food which tasted phenomenal, I dream about the tilapia! They went all out for my husbands birthday, arranged for halal meat! Wow! Couldn't believe it! Best hotel ive ever stayed in, truly and I have travelled the world, they even organised our tour for the national park, exceptional! Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone! Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart!

Located in Ruhengeri, 28 miles from Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, Karisimbi Cave Resort has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They always try their best to make us feel comfortable and help to answer all of our questions. The management team is very responsive. They even helped to recommend tour agencies and drivers when we were planning our itineraries. The resort is helping women to get quality job. The resort is very close to the headquarter of Volcanoes National Park, just a 20 minutes drive, so we get to prepare our activities in the Park with ease. The kitchen of the hotel is pretty nice too, as a vegan, they provide me a lot of options.

Akagera Ihema lodges has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Akagera. The property has room service and a 24-hour front desk for guests. At the hotel, all rooms include a closet. Gorgeous property, sweeping vistas, newly decorated, large contemporary rooms. Wonderful proximity to the park. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Large window in the shower has views of the lake. You can see Tanzania in the distance! Great restaurant with beautiful views from the terrace. Five star location. Don’t hesitate to book. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything from the facility to the quality of services. Justine and Isabelle are two awesome women who did not spare any effort to make my stay a wonderful experience.
