The staff are great. The Eritrean staff at the counter were lovely. James at concierge, Peter the driver. All were great. Wifi internet was very good. I was able to do video calls.

The staff were so helpful. 2 of our team were sick and they helped us get to the hospital. One had to stay behind and they helped with everything.
The airport shuttle was great when the lift we had arranged didn’t appear and the pool was a great relief after the heat in rural areas.

I stayed at Aron International Hotel Juba from December 1st to 3rd, and it was a fantastic experience with absolutely no complaints. The security was top-notch, making me feel completely safe throughout my visit. Staff behavior was excellent—everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Juba for easy access to everything. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, varied, and very nice. I'll definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting South Sudan!
