The hotel was very well located, there is a parking literally near the entrance, room was nice and spacious, bed were comfy, staff was really acommodating and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Staff was very helpful, calling a cab, storing luggage and speaking some English. They were sure that we had our two twin beds as requested. Location was walkable to the Horse show, cathedral, and Alcazar with many restaurants along the walk. Everything was very clean. Restaurant was welcoming and had a selection of dishes, plus full bar. Hope to visit this hotel again!

We enjoyed our stay very, very much. The hotel room was large and comfortable, extremely clean. The shower was excellent- hot water, the shower heads that spray right into lower back, great water pressure. Lots of room to put out vanity items. Also loved the balcony, though next time I will ask for a room with pool view. The hotel staff was excellent, extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The pool area and bar are beautiful. Food was outstanding especially the sangria and garlic shrimp. And as long as you carry Cardinal Mendoza, my husband is a happy camper :) . Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The very private apartment was a short walk from the bustling city center. So easy in fact, we walked "home" several times a day to drop off purchases, change clothes for another event, or grab a quick bite to eat in the fully equipped kitchen! Everything you need is readily available in your apartment including washing machine and drying rack, hairdryer, coffee pot, TV, etc. The host is very accommodating and makes himself available 27/7. Seriously an awesome experience!
