This is the most horrible experience of my life. The old woman at the concierge scammed us for the taxi service by giving us a price of 30 euro and after dropping us off they forced us to pay 35 euro instead and shouted at us and treated us very badly, as they said they need to pay more taxes if we pay by card instead of cash (clearly they're committing tax evasion). Moreover the breakfast we ordered never arrived as they were supposed to send the breakfast in the room and the room was extremely dirty with hair everywhere. The entire stay has been a nightmare with horrible and impolite people at the concierge and dirty room as well as no breakfast after being paid for that. It’s a total fraud and this hotel should shout down, never come to this hotel otherwise you’ll ruin your holiday and getting scammed.

Loved everything about it. Location was amazing, the property itself was stunning!! So much care and maintenance goes into the grounds and it really shows. The staff were lovely!!! The breakfast was delicious and you were always welcomed with a smile and a hello. The pool was so lovely to come back to after a day out exploring, and you could get a drink at the bar and have it by the pool which was great! I’d recommend this place to anyone travelling to Sorrento, and if I ever find myself back I’ll be staying here again.

Authentic & cozy house with terrace in the countryside and sea view, makes you feel like at home. No problems with communication with the owner. Nice details provided by the owner for breakfast. Local restaurants in walking distance (15 min). Peaceful, quiet location away from the buzz of Sorrento but not far (17 min drive). In my personal opinion, a car is a must for a relaxed stay, a parking space is very much welcomed.

This is a fabulous hotel, right in the centre so excellent location. The rooms are spacious, nicely designed and the bed was oh so comfy. The breakfast spread was also yummy. Only minor disappointment was that we went mid March and the bar downstairs hadn’t opened but we did go right at the start of the season so no fault of the hotel.

Voted our favourite hotel/location on our 5 week holiday. Right in the heart of Sorrento. A perfect location within the pedestrian area. It’s buzzing but no noise at all within our room. Staff were all so lovely and helpful, the ladies who managed the breakfast were all so kind and lovely and even my daughter fell in love with one of them and got cuddles on our last day. So generous and kind with their time when we were “just another visitor” we were treated more like family. While it’s in the pedestrian area our transfer was able to drop off/pick up about 2 mins walk from hotel door. A 3min walk to the stairs or lift down to the beach clubs/port. Breakfast was amazing and while you had buffet style you could also order coffee and egg. We will be back and thank you!
