-The hotel has a good location from my point of view, it closes the main street and is a walking street(sometimes). -The welcoming and professional of the staff, especially Mrs.Teodora from the reception, was very kind. We were happy and comfortable with our stay.

Amazing stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

We loved the hotel! Very warm, bright and art. We had everything we needed. Beautiful lobby bar, delicious food in the restaurant, plentiful breakfast with everything you would ask for. The staff was awesome, very nice and polite people. We would definitely visit again.

Very nice room, and we upgraded from the lowest very attractive price to a big room also very reasonable priced. A room where we could have stayed a long time. The hotel is located very near the North station where most trains from abroad arrives, and also very close to the metro. Breakfast was ok to the price level in total.

We stayed at the hotel for New Year’s. The neighbourhood is quiet although there is a main boulevard nearby, the noise is not so much. There is a supermarket very close to the hotel. The old town is 20 min away if you walk. We were in a room with kitchen. If you want to use it, you have to ask at the reception for kitchen supplies, they are not in the kitchen in the first place. They bring a big box to your room with the utensils. The breakfast was good. They have an underground parking. Nice restaurants nearby. The room was warm, the AC was working perfectly, it was even hot at times. The price was reasonable.

Spacious room and ensuite, clean, modern, friendly/helpful staff, lovely restaurant and bar on ground floor, great value for money. No time to explore location but suited our needs perfectly.
