The hotel is a bit older, but very clean, and that is important. The breakfast was absolutely sufficient for me. The staff were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is a little scary, but I was never scared. This was my fourth time at this hotel and certainly not my last. 5 minutes to PATH station and 10 minutes with the train to the World Trade Center or 20 minutes to the 33rd street.
