Loved the view from the balcony Location is within walking distance from the ski lifts and even closer to a ski bus stop. Everywhere else one needs to get to is close as well.

Das Q! Hotel Maria Theresia begrüßt Sie direkt im Zentrum von Kitzbühel, nur wenige Schritte von der Hahnenkammbahn entfernt. WLAN steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Lovely hotel, staff and food. Room was beautiful and location is great for summer walks and gondola. Easy for train too.
