It's a holiday park and I traveled outside school holiday times, so it was basically empty, but that was nice. The little cabins are wonderful; very spacious, super comfortable beds, nice little kitchens, and even a porch to relax on. The park is also right on the Murray, so you can go safely swim in the river down near the boat ramp or in the pools which looked great as well. There's a massive games room and BBQs outside. The place seems to be themed as a sort of frontier town and the little shops are probably open during school holiday times. Lots of cockatoos and kookaburras, beautiful sunsets, and only about 10 minutes driving from the center of Echuca (just watch out for roos at dawn and dusk!). Great internet too.

Mercure Albury is located in central Albury, just 350 metres from the renowned Regional Art Gallery. It offers an outdoor pool, free on-site parking and free WiFi. Great hotel location. Really helpful staff. Lovely food at dinner and breakfast. Plenty of free parking, outdoor swimming pool.

Quality Hotel Mildura Grand is a 3-minute drive from Mildura Railway Station and a 10-minute drive from Orange World. It offers an outdoor pool, 4 restaurants and free WiFi access. The Grand Hotel Mildura is a beautiful, historic building with a majestic presence that immediately catches your eye. Unfortunately, while the exterior hints at old-world charm, the interior hasn’t been maintained to the same standard. The rooms feel a little tired and leave you somewhat deflated given the promise of the building’s grandeur. On a positive note, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the location is hard to beat — right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the riverfront. The addition of the new car park access is also a definite improvement and makes arriving and departing much easier.

Featuring an 18-hole golf course and driving range, this country club resort offers a room with LCD TV and DVD player. Guests can enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool. Very pretty grounds of a golf and country club with tennis as well. The hotel room was huge w four beds. There was a club for food. That too was huge with full roast meals. The price was very good...and they had tennis rackets for us to use at the courts as well.
