The Vilvoorde Lodge offers modern rooms with free WiFi in the wing of an historic building. This former house of correction has a 24-hour front desk and is located 15 minutes’ drive from Brussels. Superb. I recommend this hotel even for people who are traveling for Brussels centre. Easy to access by train, and it is way much cleaner and quieter compare the same price in the centre.

This 16th-century former convent offers 4-star facilities and an attractive interior only 280 metres from the Oude Markt in the historic centre of Leuven. Check in was well prepared, check-out well. Versed in Dutch, French, Engl. and German. We did not have breakfast as we left early. But restaurant and breakfast room looked inviting and well organized.
