Piccolo Hotel er staðsett á rólegum stað, í 8 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Locarno-lestarstöðinni og miðbænum. Everything was wonderful! the hosts, the staff are very friendly, considerate and always ready to help :-)) The hotel itself is very nice and cosy, and it is located in a quiet area (which is important, especially in the evening). It takes only 7-8 minutes to walk to the railway station and the lake! Breakfast is really excellent, there is a selection of different kinds of food for any taste, I think :-) The wifi is a bit slow but it's not a problem.

Villa Principe Leopoldo can be found amid a large park above Lugano, offering panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the mountains, and featuring leisure, sport and wellness facilities, as well as... 5 star resort beautifully located on a hill with a breathtaking view over "Lago die Lugano". We felt absolutely welcomed by the hotel team and the complimentary services such as tennis courst and bike rentals were more than convenient.

Once a patrician residence built in the 18th century, the Hotel Tamaro can be found right on the banks of Lake Maggiore in the centre of Ascona. Beautifully appointed hotel, right on the promenade. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we are is Ascona.

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre. Great hotel, very happy with this choice. Very helpful staff, beautiful facilities and nice breakfast location. Loved the pool area and gardens.

Situated on the lake promenade near the traffic-free centre of Lugano, Hotel Walter Au Lac offers you rooms with superb lake views. WiFi is free of charge. All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. The hotel location is wonderful we had a room with balcony the view was fantastic! Very clean room, bathroom needs a little updating, the breakfast was ok. Coffee available at reception was good!
