Piccolo Hotel er staðsett á rólegum stað, í 8 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Locarno-lestarstöðinni og miðbænum. The hotel was about a ten minute walk from the railway station and the lake. It had a wonderful old world feel to it. The staff were most helpful and friendly. A superb breakfast was served.

Villa Principe Leopoldo can be found amid a large park above Lugano, offering panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the mountains, and featuring leisure, sport and wellness facilities, as well as... Everything!!. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. The hostel exceeded all our expectations. Firstly, it is a great location near the city centre. You can walk into the city on foot. Secondly, it has a cool swimming pool, lots of sun loungers and umbrellas, you can have a good rest after the road. I also liked that the room, although compact, was very comfortable and had air conditioning. Toilets and showers on the floor, plumbing in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly. There are many refrigerators in the dining room, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. We will definitely come back here again!

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre. Great hotel, convenient location next to train station. Beautiful views. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.
