Situated 200 metres from the shores of Lake Annecy, Atipik Hôtel is at the entrance of the medieval old town and pedestrian shopping streets. It offers en suite rooms with free WiFi. We truly enjoyed our stay at Atipik Hôtel! It felt like a miniature version of France — in the room, in the bathroom, at breakfast. And this “miniature” charm was something we deeply appreciated, as it gave us a sense of the authentic French spirit and flair. Every detail — even within the small space — was arranged with great taste, warmth, and style. Special thanks to the reception ladies, who were smiling, kind, and always ready to help. We were truly impressed by everything — Annecy, the Atipik Hôtel, the team, and the atmosphere. Even in its minimalist format, it was a genuine French experience.

Hotel des Marquisats se nachází jen 200 metrů od jezera Annecy a 20 minut chůze od centra stejnojmenného města. Hostům poskytuje ubytování s nádherným výhledem na jezero a Alpy a snídani formou... Everything from arrival to lovely staff, restaurant recommendations and friendliness. The room and view were superb. Parking on the property and the bonus of the hamman and dry sauna were wonderful. Delicious breakfast and the lovely walk around the lake into the old town was a pleasure. Highly recommend and would love to come back!
