Boasting a prime location within the castle walls, this century-old restored mansion features a tranquil courtyard and charming accommodation with views over the castle. Both Wi-Fi and parking are free. A lovely small hotel in a superb position. My room was stylish and comfortable. The staff were very helpful too. Nice substantial breakfast.

Guests enjoy free access to the resort’s spa with indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam bath. The room was very tastefull and spacious, with a small balcony, amazing view on the vikos gorge, a king size bed (on the hard side), and a fireplace (incl wood). The internet connection in the room was strong. Tha spa was open until 20:00 without time limitation, providing access to kids too, until 15.00. Highly appreciated for new parents! The sauna was nice and strong, the internal swimming pool was heated and the jacuzzi provided pure relaxation with the amazing view of Vikos. The most exciting part of the spa, was the oil massage, which was strong enough to relax the thigh muscles, excellent! The breakfast was amazing and locally inspired. Natural orange juice and cappuccino/latte machiato were included. The restaurant had very tasty menu (some plates were quite small though) and a nice selection of wines. Activities such as rafting or hiking are in close distance

The bathroom was clean and had hot water all the time. The location is just outside the center, about 10-15 walking. It's near the lake where you take a stroll. It doesn't have parking but it has plenty of space near the hotel.

Facilities also include a farm with horses, and a spa centre with indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Lovely place. But even more than the hotel was the welcoming, attentive, gentle staff. Who was there for every wish and helped with every problem. The inner swimming pool and Jacuzzi was amazing. And rooms were very cosy.
