Every morning, the whole family enjoyed a hearty and delicious meal before heading out happily to explore. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, with most attractions within walking distance. Third, the lobby service was exceptionally thoughtful—there were comfortable sofas for guests to relax on and complimentary hot and cold drinks. It was the perfect place to unwind with a hot chocolate or coffee before heading back to our room. Last but certainly not least, the front desk and customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful. They answered many questions I hadn’t had time to research beforehand, including important details like taxi fares and travel times. Even after I checked out, they continued to patiently assist me with issues I encountered later. For a traveler running around in a foreign country, that kind of support felt especially heartwarming. Free tea and coffee friendly staff! I didn’t stay too long in the hostel actually but staff was very nice to make sure that my super early check out could be done. Lovely kitchen. I also love the fridge arrangement, clearly letting guests know when the fridges are clear. I have never seen anything like that it’s really nice!
