The hotel’s location was also very convenient, with most attractions within walking distance. Third, the lobby service was exceptionally thoughtful—there were comfortable sofas for guests to relax on and complimentary hot and cold drinks. It was the perfect place to unwind with a hot chocolate or coffee before heading back to our room. Last but certainly not least, the front desk and customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful. They answered many questions I hadn’t had time to research beforehand, including important details like taxi fares and travel times. Even after I checked out, they continued to patiently assist me with issues I encountered later. For a traveler running around in a foreign country, that kind of support felt especially heartwarming. The staff was kind and helpful, all shifts from morning to night. The room was comfortable and clean, providing almost everything a person might need. We even had the option to leave our bags in the luggage room after our check out because our flight was hours later.
