Really cosy, well located apartment/room in Selfoss. Plentry of room with a kitchen/dining area. Parking available both at the apartments and nearby for free. We were lucky enough to catch the Aurora Borealis right across the road by the river the night we stayed which was a lovely bonus!

The host was so sweet, welcoming and helpful. We got to watch the northern lights from the hot tub which was so magical. Breakfast was a standard Icelandic breakfast and was delicious. The chocolate bread was my favorite. It was also probably the cutest guesthouse I've every stayed in with eclectic decor.

It was remote so you travelled where you would not normally go. The drive there around the lake was spectacular. The spa was inviting and had great views. The room was modern and spacious.
