The location was great, right in the centre of Capri, 1 min away from the funicolare. The room was very clean, it had all the amenities you would need. The host, Fabio, was amazing! Excellent communication, he gave us a map and explained everything worth visiting on the island. Also he facilitated reservations at some exceptional restaurants and a day trip by boat. I would definitely book with him again next time in Capri!

The pool was awesome, but a bit cold(which is normal at this time of the year). I would definitely visit this place again if I have the chance! Staff showed professionalism and friendliness that I did not see anywhere else, and I've been to places. We were also surprised in the room with beautifully made towels and flowers over them. If you are thinking of staying here, go ahead and book it and stay. It is 100% worth it. Pick up and drop off service to Marina Grande was something we did not expect, but was very welcome! Props to Rafael, who was in the hotel 14 to 15 hours a day and addressed every question that we had. To Elena about her homemade cakes and banana bread, which were available at each breakfast.
