Situated in the south-eastern area of Hiroshima, Hotel Cycle offers a simple yet stylish accommodation with free WiFi access in all areas. The JR Onomichi Station is just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is very stylish, and it has an amazing outdoor deck area by the seaside where you can sit and relax! The free good quality coffee and cookies are definitely a nice bonus! We spent a lot of time enjoying the coffee outside.

Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). We stayed at a separate room which is not inside the main building. The room was spacious and had a private shower and bathroom. The main building of the guest house is very cosy and welcoming and the free dinner and breakfast are a great bonus. The washing machine and dryer were very fast and efficient.

Just a 7-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Combining modern design with a homely decor, Kikunoya Hotel offers both Western and Japanese-style rooms. Amazing location and staff and food, great room.

ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier. The staff are so kind! The woman at the front desk who is fluent in English explained everything there is to see at Miyajima, providing details like how long it will take to reach each attraction, when the tides change, what to see at night, even nearby restaurant recommendations. She made our stay that much more comfortable. I loved our room as well, though a bit noisy during the day given that it faces the street, it was very clean with a roomy washroom and wood tub - very relaxing to come back to. I wish we could have stayed longer! The location is also very convenient located on Miyajima Omotesando

Renewed in 2013, Sakuraya offers affordable Japanese-style rooms with mountain or sea views. Free Wi-Fi is available at the public areas. Miyajima Ferry Terminal is a 3-minute walk away. Traditional, comfortable, clean and location was amazing

Miyajima Morinoyado opnaði aftur í apríl 2014 eftir endurbætur og býður upp á þægileg herbergi og rúmgott almenningsbað. We loved this quite small traditional Japanese hotel. It was the best dinner that I had in Japan, rooms are big and very comfortable, the public bath is great, spacious and very clean. The location is fantastic, near the shrine. A free transfer was a great option, because it was raining, the staff at the reception and restaurant are so friendly and helpful! Thank you for the best stay in Miyajima!
