Big rooms, comfy beds, very good AC, and a nice balcony. The water got hot every time. We also really liked the cutlery and plates, which made eating in the room very easy. The family who runs the place is also very kind and it is very close to all the action but still feels peaceful. I would definitely stay here again thank you.

Aliya Resort and Spa - Thema Collection is set amidst lush tropical foliage. Situated just opposite Sigiriya Rock, the resort boasts an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and 4 dining options. Very spacious and pool was excellent. Good sized rooms.

Plus the decor, interior and view from the property was wonderful. Great hospitality provided by the team. You can easily spend a day or two exploring the 98 acres.
