The location of the hotel is perfect. Beach, mall, a lot of cafes nearby. The staff is really welcoming and helpful. The room is spacious. The bed is huge and comfortable. The internet connection is great. The street is quiet.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The pool (even though the weather was cold and we didnt swim). The cats and sweet dogs chickens and bees. Very friendly and helpful people.

This hacienda-style hotel is located on Playa del Carmen's Fifth Avenue, one block from the beach. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in every guest room. It was very centrally located, so noisy, but with earplugs manageable. Room was nice, bed comfortable, garden beautiful.

The food and the service excellent, almost like custom made. The setting felt private and and allowed for true relaxation. Love the sand grounds, the massage services were incredible. So clean, comfy and unstuffy

Nestled in a tropical setting, just steps from the beach, this hotel in Tulum is surrounded by a variety of activities and offers amenities such as free wireless internet access. We loved our beautiful ocean front room, the view and location were perfect. Also liked no TV's or phone in the room. The staff here was so friendly and welcoming. They were attentive and responsive to all our needs. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's a little on the quiet side but perfectly seated in the heart of all the action, there are many restaurants and beach clubs in walking distance. The beach is beautiful and flat in frontand the staff keeps it clean. Truly, the experience was wonderful and we can't thank the staff enough. Every. Single. One. Of. Them!

Located on Playa del Carmen's vibrant 5th Avenue, Unic Design Hotel is an elegant property offering accommodations just 5 minutes' walk from Mamitas Beach Club. Complimentary breakfast was terrific. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Location could not have been better.

Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Casa Colibri is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The attention is good! The restaurant is really good!

This oceanfront hotel in Playa del Carmen is located directly on the beach, one block from the famous Fifth Avenue entertainment area. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi. We had a beautiful huge ocean view room. The garden view rooms also looked quite nice. The garden area was shady and pretty with many trees and sitting areas. Breakfast was a la carte with lots of choices and much better than having a buffet. The staff was exceptionally friendly and cheerful both in the restaurant and in the hotel. In January there were many beach chairs available at all times with lots of umbrellas. Beach and ocean were clean since there was a large machine clearing away the seaweed daily. Play del Carman is a very loud and busy place, but we didn't hear any of that noise in our room - it was a calm oasis. At the same time, if you wanted to experience the party vibe, the main street was only a block away. The main square of the town has lots of busker performances that are fun to see. Don't miss the twirling men on the high pole at 6 pm every night!
