A perfect place to relax, I loved everything about it!

Thank you for everything, it feels like home for me. The family is lovely, it just so beautiful to get along with. It’s too much to be greatful for. Do not know where to start. thank you for the hot and cold water everyday, and help to heat up the food. Thank you for helping organize the trip and all the thoughtful suggestions. The room is super clean, the water pressure was awesome, hot shower is awesome. The bed is nice, the smell in the room is nice. The cats is so nice. It just so comfortable to stay. Wi-Fi is awesome, the location is awesoem( very close to the bus station) Very quite area, love the bird singing in the morning. The Terrance is awesome. I was book for one night only, then end up almost two weeks. I will stay again if I back to Miranda again.

The Diplomat is a beautifully designed boutique hotel in a wonderfully relaxed setting. From the moment we stepped through the door we were so warmly welcomed by Sara, Eric and their team and loved every minute of our stay. The welcome margarita was the best of our 3 week stay in Mexico (we tried many!) and our enormous room, which opened onto the pool terrace was simply perfect. Sara organised massages in our room on our first evening and her restaurant suggestions were perfect. We had already booked a guide (Raul Gil +52 999 157 9312) who, by coincidence, turned out to be the guide that The Diplomat used. He was fantastic and took us for a great day out to the Celustan, followed by visits to an old Hacienda and Uxmal (in our opinion a way better experience than Chichen Itza). The delicious breakfasts at the hotel were different each day and it was a treat to have afternoon tea!

Stunning building - ceilings are 200 years old. The results of the renovation is impressive. Feels like a Luxurious leap in the past with all the comfort of modern day facilities. Isaac welcomed us in the evening after a long day travelling :) we missed the massage but we will be back next year For sure !!!

Thank you to all staff for making us feel so at home in comfortable surroundings. Location is excellent, close to Santa Lucia and Santa Ana squares, the main zocalo and many wonderful restaurants and museums.

Hotel Boutique Merida Santiago er staðsett í sögulega miðbæ Merida, í 1 km fjarlægð frá dómkirkju borgarinnar og í 200 metra fjarlægð frá Santiago-garði en það býður upp á útisundlaug, ókeypis... Absolutely lovely hotel, great staff, very clean and everything finished to a high standard. Hammocks in the rooms were a nice touch. Food was excellent. The only hotel where we ate in all the time. Parking reserved outside hotel
