The rooms were spotless as were the rest of the facilities. Breakfast was basic but great value considering it was included in the price. Upon arrival in Kathmandu our flight was delayed by 2 hours and our transfer to the hotel had been and gone, so we just took a local taxi from outside the airport which was no trouble. On check-out we asked if we could redeem our transfer as a drop off at the airport instead which the team kindly agreed to, this was a great finish to a hassle free stay at the Aryatara Kathmandu Hotel.

Thagu Chhen, A Boutique Hotel is located within 50 metres to Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi access at all areas of the property. Great hotel. The staff was courteous and professional, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was rich and luxurious. We would be happy to come back again at any opportunity.

Nestled within beautifully landscaped grounds, Shambaling Hotel is a charming refurbished house from the 70s. We had great stay. Rooms specious, location is perfect, only 8 minutes to Stupa. Quite neighborhood. Hotel and rooms very clean. Breakfast delicious and service during breakfast 5 star.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfy. Great location. The facilities and the staff were incredible, really loved the stay here, would most likely recommend here.

Hotel Shanker-Palatial Heritage Kathmandu terletak di Kathmandu, bersebelahan dengan Narayanhiti Palace Museum. Hotel ini mempunyai sebuah kolam renang luaran dan spa. We visit Kathmandu every year or two and have for several years stayed at the Shanker before and after trekking. It’s close to Thamel but well away from the busy road, making it a quiet haven. The staff are very pleasant and attentive. The whole place is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. A large selection of foods for breakfast, a swimming pool and large garden. Good value for a quality hotel.

Rooms were comfortable, food was delicious, and staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Conveniently, they also helped us to organise a trek at a very reasonable price and were very flexible with our itinerary and start date. Could not recommend highly enough, thanks to KK and the team!
