The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean and the location was handy to public transport and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Buckingham Hotel is a boutique property centrally located in the heart of Chicago’s Financial District, perched on the 40th floor of the iconic Chicago Stock Exchange building. The city facing room had an unobstructed view of the Willis (Sears) Tower.. AMAZING... I really liked the 'classic' look of the room.. really nicely upkept original HARD WOOD doors and frames. Classic marble in bathroom, etc. Reminded me of the upscale 'Conrad Hilton', but at a much affordable rate.

An old property which had been sympathetically altered into a hotel. Some of the old features restored to give the public areas atmosphere. Excellent position in the city. Lovely restaurant with excellent food. Rooftop bar good fun and another atmospheric bar on 2nd floor. Well thought out very comfortable bedrooms.

Just 2 blocks away from the shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this boutique hotel is located in the heart of downtown Chicago and offers spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling... The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the location couldn’t be better. Every major tourist attraction was walking distance. The room was perfectly clean and big. The fact that we had separate spaces with my friend made this hotel extremely comfortable. The price was also very good. I would like to come back soon for a longer stay
