The apartment was beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need. Sensational decor, roomy, extremely comfortable beds and a gorgeous pool area, all within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. My girlfriends came up for a day trip and the owner was there at the time. She offered us extra bedding if they wanted to stay the the night, so they did! So accommodating, thank you! Highly recommend.

I loved how laid back it was.

I loved how laid back it was. Such a great place with so much to see and do. Will definitely be going back to stay longer. May try going in September or October next time for the warmer weather but overall a beautiful place with loads of fun activities within a half hour of where we were.

Good spot to just unwind but be careful where you stay.

Good spot to just unwind but be careful where you stay. Anywhere on the road down to the Spit can be very noisy. Check there isn't some local event where they shut down large parts of the area or you get caught up in the congestion created. Had a few friends suggest Caloundra now.

Location was the best. Close to everything.

Location was the best. Close to everything. We enjoyed all the walks, restaurants, cruises on the water, bus trips to other towns, for us it was perfect. Lovely place for families with parkland and playgrounds and ⛱️.

Mooloolaba is a beautiful place for families and friends to visit. The beaches are amazing, clean and easily accessible, safe for children to swim and play. There are playgrounds on the grassed areas of the beach with table and chairs for parents to sit or have a picknick. The Mooloolaba surf Club was walking distance from where we stayed, meals, staff and facility are amazing and family friendly. Mooloolaba is a great place to visit it is so easy to walk around the town with lots of eateries and shops to visit. Mooloolaba is a must to visit.

We were there for a girls' weekend and it was perfect - so...

We were there for a girls' weekend and it was perfect - so many places to stay that are walking distance to the cafes, pubs, etc and a nice foreshore path along the beach and through parkland to the Spit if you feel like a walk and a view of the sunset. We had a great brekkie at The Backstreet Cafe along the Esplanade, a nice lunch at Rice Boi at The Wharf, and two good dinners at Lam Sam on the Spit and The Pavilion along the main drag. We were going to go for the one hour canal cruise on the Sunday arvo that leaves from the Wharf, but it started to come over grey and the wind got up so we didn't end up going, but maybe next time....

Mooloolaba is very convenient as everything you need is very close at hand.The only issue for me is its very crowded and often times noisy at night as the some of the locals seem to enjoy treating some of the surrounding streets like drag strips.

Relatively nice property, beautifully presented. Pretty abysmal service from the G1 real estate handling the property. The actual hotel staff were amazing, it's a shame our apartment wasn't managed by Mantra Zanzibar itself. Check before you book who your unit is managed through as the real estate won't lift a finger to help you. We had the worst experience with them and it put a huge dampner on our stay. Wouldn't recommend unit 905 purely based on G1!!

Loved this apartment, amenities in the building were great from the heated pool outside our door to the rooftop cold plunge and hot pool. All very relaxing and BBQ's located on ground level and roof top! Location is a stones throw to all the restaurants, bars and supermarket ... not to mention the beach! All made for a super relaxing stay!

Perfect location, 2 min walk to the Mooloolaba beachfront with all the main beachfront shops accessible within minutes. The room size was great for what we needed. Pool access was a little confusing at first, but overall perfectly fine. Staff were super lovely and supportive with great recommendations.

The hotel is very close to the Esplanade and beach, so location is tops. The apartment is spacious and sitting area is very comfortable. Laundry facilities in the apartment was great and we had lorikeets visit us on the balcony.
