“The bedroom and bed were extremely comfortable. The quality and finish of the bedroom/furniture and en-suite shower room were exceptional and much better than usual for Italy. I was very impressed with the standard of the hotel and accommodation. The staff were courteous and helpful (I speak Italian which helped!) and the breakfasts were fantastic with masses of choice and good quality food. The pool and garden environment was extremely pleasant, despite the fact that when we were there (first week in May) it was extremely windy! The amazing additional benefit was the incredible beach just a short walk away, past the lagoon with flamingos in it! We really enjoyed walking along the beach (2 km) which was huge and with stunning pale, clean sand and sand dunes. Luckily we were there before the masses arrived so enjoyed the beach with just a handful of people.”

“Very friendly service, clean rooms, always enough space for parking and the highlight was that the wonderful Su Giudeu Beach is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. “Highly recommend. Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is run by 2 women who are lovely and very welcoming. 2 minute walk to the beach. 5 minutes drive to several other beaches in Chia. Chia doesn't have a big town as such. From the hotel you can walk to 2 restaurants, a mini supermarket and ATM. You can drive to lots of other restaurants. The rooms were cleaned daily. The bed was large and lots of space in the room. The rooms are in small bungalo styles rather than a big complex. This made the hotel peaceful. The breakfast was the best we had in Sardinia. Not a lot of variety but the quality of foods was excellent. Fresh fruit, eggs, metas, freshly baked cakes. Would definitely stay here. A car would be beneficial to further explore Chia. There is free parking at the hotel.”

“We were enamoured with the care and detail that was taken in using traditional Sardinian handicrafts throughout the decor. Beautiful aspect looking out over the manicured lawn to the sand dunes in front of the beach. Perfect property for families with great proximity to the beach. “Our expectations were exceeded. Melissa is a perfect host who goes to great lengths to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Communication before and while our stay was without problems and responses where quick and helpful. The villa has two housing units with separate entrances as also separate terrace and garden units. We stayed in the unit at ground level which is especially perfect for families with smaller kids oder older people since there are no stairs to climb. Our assigned parking lot was inside the garden that had a lockable gate. This is very convenient and safe. The flat is furnished comfortably and stylish with lots of love and an eye for details. There are three bed rooms, two bath rooms, and an open kitchen and living room area. Kitchen equipment was absolutely adequate. Dishwasher and washing machine ran without any problems. TV had many channels for the young and old. The terrace was very well suited for eating outside all the time. The garden area is very spacious and neatly groomed. There were some sunbeds, a shower and a barbeque. Also the terrace is extended and furthermore furnished with some nice wicker furniture for a cosy evening outside. At last there is plenty of space for your wet clothes, towels and beach stuff to dry. Mobile Internet was working just fine after it was activated. The location was found easily and in a quite area, at least in low season. The next beach lies within a walking distance of 7 Minutes. Larger and more beautiful ones of Sa Colonia, Mount Cogni and the absolute highlight Su Guideu, are a stone throw away by car or bike. There are two supermarkets, fruit and veggie stalls as also as a few restaurants and cafes nearby. Just keep in mind that there are mosquitos in summer, just like anywhere in Sardinia. We would happily come back for another holiday.”
