“This is a very good hotel which delivers far more than you pay for. Our room was large, the bed was comfortable, two windows opened for fresh air, the A/C worked fine, the room was very clean, and the TV showed the NBA playoff games (can you ask for more than that?) Breakfast was usually good, although occasionally we arrived when most food had been taken and some items (coffee) were not refreshed. The reception staff were friendly and funny. The men handling baggage and the garage were excellent, competent and intended to help. Access to the National Park and to Mineral del Chico and Mineral del Monte was easy and quick. There is no pool, and the parking garage is very cramped, but the men there helped us inch back and forth to get in and out. I would definitely stay here again.”
