I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has a rating of 9. It’s not a bad place, but it definitely doesn’t live up to that score. I’d say it’s just okay — nothing more, nothing less. One of the main issues is that the staff at the reception don’t speak English, which makes communication quite difficult for international guests. Also, I don’t see the logic behind having check-out at 10:00 and check-in at 15:00. Are they really cleaning all the rooms for five hours straight? We weren’t even allowed to check out one hour later, which seemed unreasonable — I doubt they clean all the rooms at once; it’s probably done in order anyway. Overall, an average experience that doesn’t match the high rating.

Such great service by EVERYONE. The staff working the breakfast was amazing!! Non-stop, the items were always available even when dining was 100% crowded. Pool/sauna and breakfast were very nice! I'd stay here again any time! A/C and hot water are awesome!!! Security safe in room great!! Location of hotel is awesome! Close to beach, restaurants and shopping.
