I stayed here for a work conference. The location is very close to TU Graz which was perfect for me. Due to being busy with work I didn't get to use the cooking tools in the kitchen, but they seemed adequate that if I wanted to cook it wouldn't have been a problem. Bed is huge and comfy, and the room is quite spacious. The shower is nice and clean. I didn't interact with the owners in person, but the instructions for check-in and check-out are clear enough to make a seamless experience. The welcome snack is a nice touch and there is a vending machine on the ground floor if you're lazy. There is no AC but a fan; I was fortunate enough to avoid the heatwave so I'm not sure how warm it would get however.

Truly exceptional apartment only a couple of blocks away from the center in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was spotless with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, coffee machine. Nothing to complain about, really good communication with host, all info clearly provided, replied to my queries fast. The pictures really reflect reality. Parking on the street available, though we were there on the weekend not sure how busy it us in weekdays. Definitely recommended.

Nice and comfortable furniture, two bathrooms. Kitchen totally equipped. including coffee, tea, and basic ingredients, oil, sugar, salt, vinegar etc. SmartTv in master bedroom. AC in both rooms. Restored building, with an elevator, Parking space under roof. Quiet neighborhood, a supermarket Spar in the corner. A 20min walk to the city center or a tram in the front door.

It was easy to check in, and the location was perfect. It was a quiet place, clean and cozy. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and everything you needed was within walking distance.

Wonderful rose garden and bar for drinks. Pool and sauna area wonderful. Bed extremely comfortable and large. Parking on site great. Food in Florian restaurant is sophisticated. Wonderful Graz getaway!
