I stayed here for just under 2 months. The apartment was exactly what I was looking for and it’s a perfect base in the very cool neighbourhood of Fitzroy (and extremely close to the CBD / central parks). Don’t be put off by negative reviews on here, you’re getting what is advertised, a basic apartment. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a base to work/explore Melbourne

Our very spacious and comfortable apartment was located on the 54th floor, and the view was simply amazing. It was clean, nicely furnished, and equipped with all amenities one would need for a pleasant stay. As for the facilities, the gym was great and well equipped.
