Even though we checked in at 2 am because of my flight, the staff welcomed us very well. Also room was cosy and quiet so we were able to rest well.

Staff, especially Kamran were very welcoming and helpful when needed. They explained the hotel services very thoroughly and were always available for assistance at any time.

It’s well located, an easy walk to the old town, carpet museum and art gallery and metro. Edwin and other staff were so kind and helpful. It was super secure and there’s a lovely coffee shop a few doors down for breakfast. It was quiet and very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again

Superb service. The staff at reception went above and beyond for us. We had a sick 11 month old. The reception guys helped set up a medical appointment, order medical supplies online (humidifier) and ordered us food online. These guys were helping us daily, even lifting our stroller as we went out/in 3-4 times a day! Anything we needed they were there for us. They became family. We were meant to stay a few days, but ended up staying two weeks due to U.S. visa stuff and the sick baby. So much respect for them!! And the house cleaners/maids made our room sparkle everyday. They kept the sheets clean, room tidy, and fresh towels daily! Thank you ladies. My family is grateful. Staff was amazing, location was close to all, and Baku is a safe and clean city for families. ❤️
