We love the location and the room has everything that we need. The bed is comfortable and having an aircon during summer is wonderful.

everything was great. I arrived around 11:30. Instead of keeping me waiting till 15:00 or asking for an early check-in fee they allowed me to check-in at no extra cost. I really appreciated it!

Well located so didn't have to use public transportation. It was clean and comfortable, also very safe as I was traveling solo this was very important but I felt safe and calm returning to this place after a long day. Well equipped and also well prepared with recommendations for everything that you might need through a QR code. It was also quiet and calm, with kind and helpful staff.

The common area was beautifully designed. The staff were friendly & accommodating. There was complimentary flavoured water & fruit in the lobby along with a wide variety of items to purchase. The room was well planned out with ample storage. We were able to unpack our bags. It felt like home away from home. It had a Nespresso coffee maker, complimentary bottled water, a backlit mirror in the bathroom & a separate magnifying mirror which I really appreciated.

The Crawford family checked into the Hyllit Hotel in Antwerp at 1:00 PM on January 18, 2026, and from the very first moment, our experience was nothing short of outstanding. The hotel itself is beautifully updated with modern furnishings and maintained to an exceptional level of cleanliness. Every space felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from Antwerp Central Train Station and ideally situated for exploring all the main sights the city has to offer. However, what truly set this stay apart was the customer service. Femke delivered the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel. Traveling as a family of four, myself, my wife, and our two children, she took the time to remember all of our names and made us feel genuinely valued and welcome. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, always with a warm smile and a sincere willingness to help. Any question we had, she either answered immediately or made sure to find the right information for us. I sincerely hope the hotel’s management sees this review and gives Femke the recognition she deserves. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay truly special. Because of Femke and the outstanding quality of the Hyllit Hotel, this will be the only place we stay whenever we visit Antwerp again. Highly recommended in every way. – The Crawford Family
