Accommodation is in a great location, next to the metro entry. Two big supermarkets are nearby. The apartment is very clean and we had everything we needed during our stay (towels, extra sheets, kitchen stuff, etc...).
Initially, we requested a late check-in, which was approved, but arrived later due to a delayed departure. Host, Tatyana, was extremely kind and waited patiently to hand us the keys even though she does not live nearby.
Apartment photos are up to date as well, plenty of room for two people.
The building is very quiet and neighbors are nice as well. A nice view outside the window is a plus.
Overall, very pleasant experience, would definitely recommend it.

Excellent place to stay for a cultural stay in Brussels. Close to Tram 9 you can travel easily to the center and you are close to Brussels Ring what makes going away from Brussels also very easy.

Cosy apartment, perfect for up to six people (we were a family of five), good location, within a five minute walk from a nice Boulangerie and a local supermarket.
The hosts were fantastic and very responsive.
Good location, close to local buses and tram, ten minutes away from metro/train.
