The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. When we had an issue with our room late one night, they offered to move us as they could not fix it that night, and they even gifted us some sweets. Just went above and beyond for a situatiotn no one oculd have predicted.

Everything was wonderful! We came with my husband to celebrate his birthday. We were offered an upgrade of the room, the restaurant on the top floor was chosen for both nights and never disappointed us, very nice cuisine and service, the cafe downstairs offered the same great quality lunch, except maybe cappuccino - that was below our standards and the standard of THE STANDARD :) But we definitely recommend and put this hotel to the list of our favourites.

the staff was really sweet they let us put our belongings in the apt before they were done cleaning, they asked us if everything was okay during the weekend, very nice people. The apt is enough for 3 people. The couch was comfortable to sleep on and the bed is so soft! You have everything you need, from plates to a hairdryer!!
