It was very clean with an awesome view. The reception was good, and the people there were amazing! The sweet spot for me was the kitchen area, which was very clean and well-equipped, and the view to Praia da Barra, which was gorgeous!

Location was excellent & great to have a balcony, friendly & very helpful staff, good wifi. Small grocery store right beside was convenient.
Would stay there again as I think we had the best place in the area having the front & upper unit.
