First of all, I want to thank Simon, Mathew, and Alice. They are one of the best staff that I have ever met in hotels. This hotel is a palace with the biggest frontyard garden in Geneva. The rooms were cozy and unique, and the bathrooms were advanced. The hotel's service is very generous. Free parking, Nice breakfast, Geneva lake infromt of the palace, they offer the Geneva transportation pass for the busses and trams and boats. Again thank you to Alice, Mathew, and Simon!

The hotel's location was perfect, I could walk to all the places I needed to go. The breakfast was excellent.

The fully air-conditioned Churchill hotel is the nearest to the Lake Geneva Fountain and can be found within the main shopping district, close to many restaurants and banks.

The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Our stay also came with free pass for all public transport in Geneva for the duration of the stay which we didn't expect. The rooms are older but clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, very good value for this price.

Family room was perfect for our family of 5, rare to find a room for all of us together. Beds were very comfy. Pepper steak dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Female employee who checked us in and served us dinner was lovely and very helpful and patient with us. As were the two male employees in the restaurant that night.
