Really fantastic hotel. We booked it because it was a short walk from Zurich's central train station, but we were so impressed from the moment we checked in.
Staff were super friendly, our room was spacious and had a great window seat for relaxing. The bed was super comfortable and we slept like (well-settled) babies. They supplied the rooms with a decent blow dryer (such a rare thing!) and a nice selection of tea, coffee and complimentary minibar items.
The location was great as a base for seeing the city, and there were lots of restaurants and bars nearby if you didn't want to go far. When we checked in, the staff noted that we were lucky because we were staying on a Saturday night and next morning's breakfast would be extended as brunch and available until 2pm (!). The buffet was fantastic and had a delicious selection of sweet and savoury items, plus great barista coffee made to order. We also had a few drinks at the bar in the evening, and the cocktails were genuinely excellent - not just good for a hotel bar, but properly good.
The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and gave good advice on options for getting to the airport upon checkout.
Oh! And the trainspotting sauna was awesome too!

We arrived late night, but owner still accommodating answering our queries locating the place until we have self-checked in. Room is spacious for family of 4 and beds are comfy. No air-condition, but you can open the window for fresh cool air.
Hot & Cold water is perfect. Equip with elevator. Convenience store just around the corner with park at the front. Bus station going to Zurich HB is just 5-10 mins walk. You can leave your luggage at the restaurant with secured room.

The staff. I had a problem when I booked (I booked for another date) and the receptionist helped me so that I didn’t pay two times and I could sleep there. She was really nice. She helped me for an hour or so, which motivated me to rate this hotel.
