The hotel is in a Hutong, proteste area like a little hostorical/cultural neighborhood. The hotel itself is very cute, the room is big and has a lot of space, bathroom is big, has a bathtube and an independent shower which is great. They also have a shadow theater presentation (which is very cute), after the play you can learn how to paint the parts for the theatre. But the highlight of my stay was the kindness of Jerry, who helped me to prepare a birthday surprise cake to my husband. Not only that, he was very polite, extremely helpful and was the one that spoke the best English at the hotel. Jerry helped me with everything I needed (thank you so much, Nerry!)Tom was also nice and helpful! Both of them helped to make our stay memorable! The hotel atmosphere is young but with elegance and very cultural! I was afraid of staying here but it was totally worth it and I am very glad about my choice. There are 2 metro stations about 600-800 m from the hotel, the Shichahai market is very nice anytime of the day, but specially at night. Beds were comfortable, sled service of nice coffee and tea. Free water as much as you want. They can do your loundry for a very very small fee. The place is really great! Nothing bad to say about it neither any observation, just to continue as they are!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious, modern, and had a breathtaking city view. The location was perfect—close to shopping and major attractions. The bed was so cozy, I slept like a dream!

The Marriott was an exceptional Hotel, and sadly we only stayed for one night, I wish I stayed longer. In any way it is an amazing Hotel, with walking distance or short taxi ride to the center of bejing. Lady at the Reception Desk who goes by the name Triangel Dai, she was an exceptrional lady. She is indeed an asset to the Hotel. In one could struggle to find a person speaking english, so to find Triangel to explain for us how we go about to do things in bejing was definetly a God sent. She was so great in explaning in what we should be doing and how we go about things. She was definetly the Highlight of our stay at JW Marriott.

Much thanks to Mia in the reception, who helped us to get a taxi to the airport in the rain. We couldn't solve it on our own, and it was very stressful for us. She really came through when we needed her. She also gave us great advice about restaurants and shopping nearby.

Spacious hotel, feels like a James bond movie. Luxurious, welcoming and nice staff and quite convenient location. JASPER was of great help to us, suggested amazing restaurant for Peking duck meal, as well as other amenities we were searching for.
