The hotel is located in downtown close to shopping street, which is good for evening walk and lot of restaurants also available to experience the local foods. Robots are used for the room service, which was something new to me. The breakfast was having many verities and options, however, I am being an pure Vegetarian, couldn't get much options. The restaurant staff and chef, understand my request and was very helpful to make some special dishes specific to us as much as possible. They ensured our satisfactions in the entire stay.

The location was convenient for navigating the city, the price was amazing, the room was big, clean, and had a lot of amenities. It really was a wonderful time and I’m glad I got to come. That auto delivery room service robot is soooooo cool!

The staff was incredibly understanding as our flight caused us to be delayed one day, and we weren't charged for the night. They took care of all of our needs with friendliness and efficiency. We have family in Shenyang and will stay here every time.
