We had a very good and memorable experience here! The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me plan a marriage proposal in their facilities. This place was perfectly romantic with the view of the mountains and the tranquility of the area. We used their bubble bath (very relaxing) and really enjoyed our room with view of the mountains.
We had more tea than we could’ve hoped for from their amazing and super kind tea master.
We also used their shuttle service to the national park entrance and got ideas for an itinerary, that was very convenient. Oh, and our room had floor heating which was very comfortable and nice.
Definitely coming back and recommend it, either as a base to come back to after seeing Zhangjiajie’s marvels or even just to stay in the hotel and enjoy the peace of the mountains!

The location to visit the park is amazing. 3 minutes walk to the west entrance of the park, perfect for visit the avatar mountains.
Carol, the owner, is just amazing. She helps you with everything she can since tickets, transportation, everything. And she speaks perfect english! Her mom and dad cook breakfast, lunch and dinner, really good food! We felt super welcome, safe and comfy. Beautiful people!

The staff was fluent in english. Which was the biggest advantage. They even gave tour advice very politely. Location was near by the entrance of Zhangjiajie national park and they helped every step and drive thru to the Entrance. It was awesome experience. Worth the money!!! Room was very clear. Fully recommend it!

The Yang Family are wonderful! I was very well looked after in every aspect of my stay. Mr Yang’s dinners were delicious and straight from the family garden, the beds were super comfortable and the rooms were modern and beautifully presented.
