The room was clean, I was given free wine and water, the staff are so welcoming

Very nice place, great service! Recommend!

Very clean room and quiet, good bedsheets, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and variable, staff there was making sure everyone was happy.

I've communicated with a receptionist, and it was my best experience. They did their best to make us feel comfortable.

A minimalistic, cosy and sparkling clean room. The hotel is 10 minutes away by tram / 30 min away by foot from the central main square along a broad road and also near a great gig spot, Palac Akropolis. I enjoyed my stay to the very fullest, and I consider the booking fees to be excellent and rather cheap for all facilities and the hotel's central position. Nice staff, too!

Very modern and clean, great breakfast. For us, it was very conveniently located next to Imax.

Well connected to the city by trams although it seems a bit far. Many shops in the area. There's a sports center attached to it. The staff is nice.

Everything was great, the building and the location was excellent, east to find and reach.

Very good location, close to the city transport and just away from a crowded city center. Nice and clean. Friendly staff and very helpful

I got a room facing the sun set and it really was great. The bed was not really comfortable but was good for a good night sleep. The room was big so that meant more space to move around. It was really clean more than I expected for the price.

Good room. Even on 5th floor, good water pressure. Very clean. Great breakfast even for vegetarians and vegans. Possibility to make coffee and tea directly in the room. Nice, friendly staff. Many Ukrainian employees. Tramway stop 150 meters away.

Very bad, Terrible smell in the rooms, Terrible dirt in the rooms, Rude and rude manager

Great location, a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The room was big and well furnished.

The hotel was near the Tram, making the connection to and from the Old Town very convenient and easy. The walk to and from the hotel felt safe, even when walking alone and later at night. The concierge was welcoming and helpful. The room was exactly as pictured on Booking.com. It was bright and comfortable. The heat was self-controlled and the bathroom included a heated towel rack. There was a kitchenette which included two burners, microwave, water cooker, full array of dishes, etc., and supplies needed to wash and dry dishes as needed.
