**Hotel Review: A Delightful Stay!** I recently had the pleasure of staying and I couldn't be happier with my experience! **Cleanliness:** Right from the start, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property. The lobby sparkled, and my room was spotless. It's clear that the staff takes hygiene seriously, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. **Customer Service:** The customer service was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was checking in, asking for recommendations, or needing extra towels, they were always ready with a smile and prompt assistance. **Location:** The hotel's location was perfect! It was walkable from airport. I appreciated being able to walk to so many popular sites, which added to the convenience of my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming place to stay with top-notch service in a great location, I highly recommend it!

We had a one night layover in Frankfurt, so the hotel was very convenient. We arrived at 5:30 am, but check in time was 3:00 pm. The staff gave us access to the business lounge and then came up to get us at around 10:00 am to tell us our room was ready. We did an early check in fee. We had a junior suite, which was large. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants, a Starbucks, supermarket and pharmacy (all part of the airport) The staff were friendly and accommodating.
