The location of the property is fantastic, just on the edge of Old Towne, perfect walking. The shower and hot water are wonderful! As mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast is also very good.

The lobby was nice and comfy. They had a nice room layout and comfy bed. Good location and friendly staff of maids. Right next to a few markets.

Everything. The room was gorgeous. We loved the elevator system. The front desk staff were excellent - very professional, attentive, truly 5 star. A special thanks to Thomas, Lili and their colleagues. Housekeeping was very prompt and efficient. Bartender was very pleasant. Concierge and the porter service was very helpful and pleasant. Also, the location couldn't be better, everything was in a few minutes walking distance: shopping, Christmas markets, museums, restaurants.
