The hotel is new (at least it feels very new). It is next to the train station (1-minute walk). It provides free beers, soft drinks, and snacks in the room. The room is very modern and clean. The front desk area is very spacious and makes the check-in process effortless.

The room was large and clean, and overall was beyond expectations. The breakfast was superb. Staff were friendly and kind. The hotel is about 7 tram stops away from the city center, and the ride takes about 12 minutes, and the nearest tram stop is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, we had a very nice stay at Philippus Inklusionshotel. Would definitely stay here next time in Leipzig.

The owner is very attentive and welcoming. The apartment is a 20-minute walk from the city center, train station, and park. It has everything you need: a kitchen, dishes, bedding, internet, even spices, salt, and welcome cookies. The apartment is very quiet. I recommend it to everyone.
