Amazing Place! very quiet neighborhood , very clean, the resto-cafe has great food and good drinks, staff are extremely friendly and cooperative, and was very helpful when I needed to change the dates, even helped with early check-in. I recommend it for anything you can think of, work or leisure.

First of all,,, it is incredible facility, DEFINITELY , i will not hesitate to come back. It is amazing facility, very secured, very very comfortable and extra clean facility, Rooms are amazing, fancy decor, really big rooms, bigger than most of similar rate, bathroom with spa tub, balcony with good view, and location is near to all needed services. This is my second stay at Prime Residence! I like it for a quick layover trip. The first time, I stayed for 3 days, and this time for 2 days. The place is spacious, modern, clean, with an excellent mattress (lol), and the staff is very welcoming! It’s conveniently close to Point 90 Mall and other attractions.
