I enjoyed everything about the hotel, the clientele, the hotel location, the service offering in all locations, restaurant, reception. Everyone went over and above to help and make you feel welcome! Marcelo especially is an absolute credit to the team and so personable. Made you feel at ease and so much love for this job and customers .

We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Mayal in Benidorm. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed yet still quiet and comfortable. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with great attention to quality. A special mention goes to the lady at the front desk, who was always welcoming, helpful, and made us feel at home. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

We were so pleased with our choice for a short stay in The Old Town Benidorm. Situated on a virtually traffic free narrow lane the room was extremely well equipped, very quiet, clean and comfortable. The owners were readily available and communication, both prior to and during our visit, was readily available either by text or in person. I can’t stress enough how good the location of the hotel/apartment is - minutes walk away from shops, restaurants and and the beach whilst maintaining a peaceful quiet existence . If we ever want to return to the Old Town I would look no further. Thanks again.

Fabulous location in the Old Town, easy access to Playas Levante and Poniente. Couldn't fault the location at all. We stayed in the 2-bed apartment. It's lovely and was great for us as it had two double beds. We were only there for 4 nights so didn't use any of the facilities inside the apartment but it had everything you may want, including washing machine, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, etc. Numerous bars, restaurants, shops close by. We would absolutely stay here again!
