Luc and Richard are very kind. The property has everything you need. It is especially accommodating if you have food sensitivities; as the small kitchen has what you need for small/simple meals. Communications are great. Also easy access to the metro station and local grocery stores.

We were going to a conference and the hotel was 15 minutes by Uber (with traffic) from the conference location. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My flight landed super early so I arrived at 10:30am that day and was able to have my room. This was a plus as I had a long flight and 6 hours time difference. The room was beautiful and modern. I was able to take a nap that afternoon without hearing any noise. The area is very animated with lots of rest, bars and other shops. Very convenient location. Other family members were staying at this hotel the same weekend and they loved it too. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant and it was really good. Limited menu but great if you want to snack on something without leaving the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff who made my stay memorable 😊🥰

If you are the type that seeks a less than touristy experience this is the place for you. The property is in the ground floor of an apartment building with private, super secure entry. When we travel we like a bit more space than a typical hotel. This was perfect. Within a few minutes of your location there are multiple cafes and not so tyical restaurants. The metro is a 10 minute walk which allows you to easily connect with the rest of Paris. The staff were super friendly both proactive in welcoming us and reactive if we had a question. I would highly recommend the location if a bit off the beaten path is what you seek.
