My daughter and I stayed in this hotel for a week in Paris. The location was perfect, close to great shopping restaurants and metro. We felt very safe. The check in was at 2:00 pm, but we were able to check in early at 11:00 am. They were kind enough to upgrade us to it a suite for free since they had availability. The hotel must’ve been recently renovated, the bathroom was very spacious for a Parisian hotel ( good size counter space) This was my 5th trip to Paris and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip. I can’t say enough good things about the caring and friendly staff. I interacted mostly with Cyrielle and Sophie. They were both so kind and accommodating! They made our trip so memorable!

The hotel was very comfortable, spacious rooms (especially for Paris!), very clean and most importantly extremely nice staff! they make you feel at home and their attention to detail was incredible! I had forgotten to empty the safe and right away they contacted me to ensure they secrued my belongings. in addition they were super friendly with our kids accomodating their needs as well. the pool is a great bonus!

the space was clean smells good and the cleaning lady was doing a great job to be honest. the bed was comfortable sheets doesn’t smell bad. bathroom was clean. the location is perfect not very touristy area . and it’s safe many armed police officers were rooming over the area. which is a good thing .

The staff here are absolutely exceptional. The whole hotel is immaculate, breakfast was lovely, nothing was too much trouble even requesting something that wasn't even on the buffet ie. omelette ! The rooms are perfect, clean, fabulous comfy beds and beautifully presented. Although the steam room was closed for refurbishment, the heated indoor pool had jacuzzi jets and the gym had everything you could possibly need to relax. Even better, access was included in the room rate without the need to reserve. My daughter and I had the most incredible time in Paris, and the hotel made our holiday even better. We will definitely be back. Thank you to every one.

Everything. Location I can get access to all my divergent places. The very comfortable room with all facilities beyond my expectations . The bathroom fitted all what makes me feel comfortable including shower twoer in addition to banio .The staff all were smart friendly helpful and very professional.
