I loved that staff from reception and the Podium restaurant and the door staff were very warm and welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was beautiful and had everything you needed like a selection of teas, coffees, waters, large tv, both a shower and bath as well as iron, hairdryer, a safe, bathrobes, and slippers. All the little touches just made it extra special.The beds were super comfortable and we slept very well.The views were amazing especially in the evening. I was really pleased with the offer of an upgrade which meant we were higher up on the 19th floor, fantastic for taking pictures of the manchester skyline. The 3 course meal we had was superb and breakfast at the Podium was delicious with such a variety to choose from. We went quite early as we had to go to work, so it was very quiet and relaxing, staff there were very attentive and accomodating. I loved that guests were also given a discount on the car park just a few minutes walk away, which made it very convenient and made for easy access to the hotel. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in so far. I would definitily recommend and would like to stay longer next time.

What an amazing stay in the Vätten Hüs Manchester! The boat is just amazing, right in the heart of Manchester close to all the bars and restaurants around Deansgate area. The owners are very helpful and accommodating to make our stay extra special. They really went out of their way to meet our special requests and even exceed them massively 😍 Special shout out to Sami who stayed in contact with us throughout. Amazing!!
