This is great place, with fantastic location and sea view. The rooms are very comfortable and great, with balcony and all relevant furniture on the balcony. The breakfast is fantastic, will all kind of food you can dream off. The pool and beach area are exceptional. The sun set view from the beach is one can just dream off.

Vessna was an amazing host. She made us feel welcome when we arrived. The unit was clean and it was a very refreshing site compared to some of the hotels and rentals we had stayed at so far in Croatia. The unit was a 2 minute walk to the promenade below, less than 5 minutes to the beach and next to busses to get into old town with ease. She even brought me first aid items when I was stung by a jellyfish while swimming in the sea(dont that deter you from swimming there though, the water was warm and beautiful.)

Amazing spot, close to beaches. Great value and unique experience to live on the mountain. The host is so kind, helpful and responsive. She was there welcoming us and she accepted our request for an extra hour as late check out The room is so comfy and clean (as the picture) The view is panoramic The location is quite accessible by Uber if you don’t wish to keep going the stairs up and down

Everything was great about our stay, everyone was very accommodating and made sure we had all the information we needed about the area as well!

The location was fantastic - close to bus stop, pedestrian path, restaurants, bakery, convenience store! Marko gave us a great overview of the area and how to best take on Dubrovnik old town.

Right next to the sea in Lapad and surrounded by pine forest, Royal Princess Hotel offers lovely sea views. The property features a restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
