Had the most amazing stay for 1 night as we climbed mt ljen. The owner was so kind, helpful and arranged everything for us to go hike mt ljen. He provided us with medical certificates (which we didn’t know we needed), gave us free gas masks and even arranged for one of his friends to buy us the tickets when we arrived at mt ljen. Room was very clean, comfortable and AC worked great. Very cool location that has way more of a local feel!

10/10 experience. Crazy to think that I woke up to the gentle sound of birds chirping and river flowing. The views I enjoyed from my bed were surreal. My tent was comfortable and had all the things I needed. Alas Restaurant was superb: food excellent, the views unbeatable. Truly a great experience!

The owners were super friendly and hospitable. We got there really late after a long drive from Bromo and they made fried rice for us. How super nice. The next day after Ijen they even made breakfast for us. I didn’t know breakfast was included. Even without breakfast, the accommodation price is a super deal

My room was really nice - comfortable bed; nice balcony with amazing view. Wisnu from the hotel took me on a fun walk around the village. The hotel is situated in a small village and the surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful. It was a good base for the Ijen hike. Wisnu also helped me order delivery from the small restaurant in the village, which I appreciated. This place is really good value for your money. It’s new and the quality is high. I’d definitely recommend it to others and would gladly stay again.

This was absolutely the best accommodation we’ve had in our trip across Java. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived late without dinner and they brought us a snack and a delicious welcome drink. We felt right at home instantly. The location is absolute perfection with a beautiful farm where all of the produce for your breakfast comes from. The house itself is impeccably decorated in a traditional-meets-modern style (for Indonesia) and the sounds of frogs and insects will lull you to sleep. Consider spending 2 full days here, it’s more than a stop over to visit Ijen Mountain. The walks through the rice fields and villages are among the best we’ve experienced. 12/10 would recommend.

Everything perfect. Great place to visit Ijen. Thanks to the hosts we arranged a driver to go up to Ijen in the night and pick us up in the morning. The breakfast was nice and also the view from the room. Recommended !

Atmosphere is amazing, beautiful decor, very natures places, good views, peaceful, staffs are very helpful, prepare everything for me, gave a lot of information, prepare everything that i need, even woke up at 3AM to take taxi for me to Ijen, then taxi to Harbour to go to Bali

We spent 3 nights here in January 2025 and were kindly upgraded to a suite overlooking the mountains and rice paddy fields. The property is immaculately maintained and we found it a beautiful place to unwind after visiting the Ijen crater. The staff at Reception easily arranged transfers for us. We enjoyed our meals at their restaurant and the staff were charming. Highly recommend.
